Bayo Lawal Urges Oke Ogun Indigenes To Engage In Developmental Politics

Indigenes of Oke Ogun zone of Oyo State have been enjoined to engage in developmental politics in the interest of the area.

This call was made by the Chairman of Oyo State Housing Corporation,Bar. Bayo Lawal In Kishi while speaking at the 2022 Kishi Day.

Bar. Lawal who is also the running mate of Gov. Seyi Makinde in the 2023 governorship election in the state highlighted the developmental strides of the present administration in Oyo State to include construction of Ibadan/Iseyin road, Ogbomosho/Iseyin road,Shaki township road, relocation of faculty of Agriculture of LAUTECH to Iseyin and the complete rehabilitation of Oysadep in Shaki.

He hinted that many more are still in the pipeline.

The Kishi born politician admonished the people of Oke Ogun to reciprocate the gesture of Gov Makinde by giving him their maximum support and cooperation.

The Bamofin of Kishi congratulated all the sons and daughters of Kishi on the occasion of year 2022 Kishi Day.

He was particularly pleased that the ancient town has continued to witness tremendous growth and success in all spheres.

The former Attorney-General of Oyo State expressed optimism that the town would continue to record many more breakthroughs in years ahead.
